Terms and Conditions: HiPer Challenge Guarantee / 28 Day HiPer Challenge Money Back Guarantee / 28 Day Money Back Guarantee

1. Eligibility: The HiPer Challenge Guarantee / 28-Day HiPer Challenge Money-Back Guarantee / 28-Day Money-Back Guarantee ("Guarantee") is applicable only to customers who purchase at least two (2) full-size products recommended to them through the HiPer App or provide valid proof of purchase from other authorized channels. Proof must be in the form of a scanned invoice.

2. Compliance Requirement: Participants must adhere to the personalized skincare routine provided by HiPer for a period of 28 consecutive days. Compliance will be tracked via the HiPer App, and a minimum compliance score of 80% is required to qualify for the refund.

3. Participation in Scheduled Sessions: Customers are required to attend all scheduled weekly Q&A sessions with HiPer’s dermatologists/experts. Progress updates, including photographs or feedback, must be shared during these sessions.

4. Tracking of Results: Evaluation of results will be conducted using a combination of selfie analysis via the HiPer App and expert feedback from HiPer’s team. The sufficiency of results and final eligibility for the money-back claim will be determined solely at HiPer’s discretion.

5. Product Returns: Customers seeking a refund must return the partially used product to HiPer, with at least 50% of the product remaining, in its original packaging. The Guarantee does not apply to products that have been damaged or tampered with.

6. Processing and Collection Fees: Any approved refund will be subject to a deduction of Rs. 99 for processing and collection charges, which is subject to change.

7. Scheme Modifications: HiPer reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

8. Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this scheme will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HiPer operates.

9. Challenge Start Period: The Guarantee is applicable only if the customer initiates the 28-day HiPer Challenge within five (5) calendar days of the delivery date.

10. Limit of Liability: The liability for the money-back refund under this Guarantee is strictly limited to the amount collected by HiPer against the purchase of the product.

By participating in the Challenge, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with any of the above terms will render the customer ineligible for the money back guarantee.
