Refund policy
Damaged, expired, or wrong item delivered?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll refund the item(s). We don’t do returns or exchanges, and you won’t need to send anything back.
How to raise a refund request (within 24 hours):
Email
hello@hiperskin.com with your order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue (outer box, shipping label, product, batch/expiry, and the damaged/incorrect item).
You can claim a refund if you:

Received a damaged or leaking product

Received an expired product
-
Received the wrong product/wrong size
-
Received the wrong size/quantity (or an item is missing)
How we refund:

We review your request and, if approved, initiate the refund within 2 business days.

Online payments (cards/netbanking/UPI): Refunded to the original payment method. Banks/issuers typically take 4–10 business days to show the credit.

COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI after you share details by email; may take 4–10 business days to reflect.
Notes:

Requests sent after 24 hours of delivery aren’t eligible.

Products that are used/opened or lack batch/label details aren’t eligible.

Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where the issue is our error.
