Can I return an item purchased on Hiper Skin?

Returns/replacements are accepted for unused products only.

The Customer shall ensure that it does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of an incorrect product being shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us on hello@hiperskin.com

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, HiPer Skincare will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount in the bank details shared by you. This process will be completed within 2 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It may take an additional 4-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
28 Day HiPer Challenge and Money back Guarantee
Our 28 Days challenge is designed to give visible results using our Microbiome for Acne range and following our guide. If this did not work out for you, we’ll offer a full refund as per this policy.
This money back guarantee only applies to purchases made on www.hiperskin.com . If the product is purchased from any other location or website, such as a marketplace or pharmacy, the relevant store/website policy will apply. Customers should ask at the original point of sale for details.

Enter your details, your skin concerns and the products you have purchased. Upload your selfie, and you are all set for the 28 day HiPer Skin challenge!

Follow the routine as mentioned on the app. Enable your notifications to get daily reminders to follow your skin routine. To measure your results, remember to take photos of your face daily. (Once the day has passed you will not be able to upload data for an earlier day)
